Universalist Unitarian Congregation of St. Johnsbury
47 Cherry Street, St. Johnsbury, Vermont
A Member of the Unitarian Universalist Association
...is a liberal, creedless religion which traces its history in Europe to the 16th century, and in North America to the first Pilgrim settlers. The Unitarian Universalist Association was formed in 1961 through the consolidation of two faith traditions, the Universalist Church of America, organized in 1793, and the American Unitarian Association, organized in 1825. Today the UUA is a religious family of more than 1,000 congregations that support each other and bring to the world a theology of tolerance, interdependence and compassion. For more information about the denomination and its work in the world today, please visit uua.org.
